Report AbuseThis place has become a pothead plaza. Management knows, and won't even remove the same residents that been buying and selling, and having sexcapades on the side for drugs. One couple owns a crack pipe. Management feels sorry for people and allow it. All this federal money is poured into these kinds of places. Cops can't do much. Management does not think drug addicts are a threat to health and safety. Many left due to this issue. Nothing much has changed.
