Our complex in the burbs, is a nightmare...we have a few deranged residents that move in from time to time, that are doing stupid things and smoke their brains out of their behinds. It's as if management is non-existent and or passive. They now normalize illegal substances, and allow it to be stored at the properties. And what's sad is families that move in have young children and the parents do the drugs. And people get moved in without questioning or monitoring the types of ghetto or rough people that get moved into the properties. Recently we read about gang violence at a different leasing company where drugs were involved. And residents were shot. But this nonprofit moronic leasing company trusts the few residents enough that do illegal drugs to store such drugs at the property. And not worried that such activity will bring problems at this property.
