Street name is "Turbo Todd". This guy is a confirmed CI. He recently did two controlled buys on a friend of mine who's now looking at 5 years while "Turbo Todd's" charges have yet to appear. My friend saw his paperwork so this guy is confirmed as a CI. The person he did the controlled buys on was "J" (Jason) Burke. Turbo Todd is short and fat and runs or ran a storage facility in Nampa ID.
