THE WHO** JUST HAD HER BOYFRIEND ARRESTED SEVERAL HOURS AGO BY PLANTING DRUGS ON HIM AND CALLING PRESCOTT PD.
She just spit out baby #4 and CPS was there to catch it. Using right up to delivery, Babies tested positive and cps and police look the other way. She's too valuable as a snitch.
