She set dealers up to get out of charges and it worked..she plead guilty to pwid but didnt get a penalty. No jail, no probation, no fine...Nothing..(I'm sorry, I thought when someone pleads guilty they get SOME sort of penalty, what's the difference between guilty or not guilty, will someone please explain this to me. )
