A few  are on the crazy train here. And they are high and out of their minds  most days. The elevators and common areas are at times worse than diapers. We all contribute our money monthly. And only a few get booted others leave voluntarily. It's still a messed up system. Thanks to free taxpayers money we get to live off their hard working money. We don't really think of it that way. But it's all true. It all fcked up everything how these low income properties are run. These people are making all the money off their renters. It's all a smoke screen. It's all a scam to make them rich. We just live and throw out our money for them every month.
