Report AbuseAs long as the money comes in from us little persons, we will have a home. A few in upper management seem to blow you off over feedback. Our property in the burbs is pretty good. Manager is better than most. Still they need a better resident vetting system. We still get drifters that have drug addictions that move in here. And only two out of eight will get removed. As long as free money comes in and people are housed, the housing It seems rental properties can do just about anything once they get free federal taxpayer dollars. We agree housing is a necessity. But too many abuse the system. And new rental companies are push overs and seem to let some things slide.
