Well what the Recruiting Edge LLC company does is that they sub contract you or your company to do their work for them while they sit back and collect on you. Scott Shaver the owner owes his sub contractors money. He claims he never got paid anything in which is a lie. Our agreement is with him and the Recruiting Edge. This scam artist never paid out what was owed. We are just letting everyone know out there beware of this company. Scott Shaver goes by different name The Recruiting Edge, Recruiting Edge, Recruiting Edge USA, Recruiting Edge LLC. We have made several attempts to collect money owed and no answer. So for someone to say it is a "Partnership " is just FULL OF IT.

The guy that runs the company is a scam artist. He screwed a lot of people over in his time. Don't recruit for the Recruiting Edge or don't have them recruit for your company. He owes a lot of money to different people and he does not pay eiither. Watch out for this guy. He is a real fruit cake.
This is a lie and you are a phony coward. Come out of the shadows and prove what you are saying. I do not owe anybody money. If this Doug you just made another stupid mistake. This is slander and anybody that has worked for me that is an honest person knows it. WOW! Well, I for one have had an amazing experience with The Recruiting Edge, nothing but positive. I have been in the transportation industry for 15 years, 12 as a general manager and 3 having owned my own staffing company. I have have nothing but praise for this group, best thing to happen for me when the opportunity presented itself; i'm happier than I have ever been in the workforce. This appears to be one person, I would never take it seriously.

It's worth noting that whether or not any of these accusations are true, it's HORRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL for the owner and the VP to be battling complaints on the website itself, and airing in-company issues in public. Grow up, learn a few things about business ethics & handling disgruntled employees, and stop bickering like teenage girls. The proper public response to a complaint is "We take all complaints seriously, and urge anyone with a complaint to contact [fill in the blank]."

Not sure what this forwarded email has to do with paying people back. What is the status of the repayment plan? As long as Recruiting Edge is a solvent company, Recruiting Edge is contracted to pay recruiters for services rendered. Recruiting Edge has money coming in, portions of this money should be used to pay people back. I don't care about your personal situation or how much more you owe other people, or Justin's legal issues... he doesn't have the money to give you regardless of what happens to him legally. Why do you keep bringing this up? He scammed you, some how took out a fraudulent loan in your name (not sure how this could happen.... did he have a power of attorney for you?), and broke the law. Ok. Got it. And knowing that this is not the first time this has happened to you makes it even worse, one has to wonder why a business owner allowed this to happen for a second time. Jeez! Honestly, when I first signed on with Recruiting Edge I googled the company's name and found several negative reviews focused on the very fact that RE did not pay them the money that was owed to the recruiters (who wrote the reviews). I brought these reviews to your attention and you were so upset by them. Hilarious.... Now here I am in the same boat.
Consistent monthly payments need to be made starting May 1st, 2013 or I will seek legal counsel. We have a contract, I provided a service, I have not been paid for the services I provided. Services from November, 2012.
Also, if you guys REALLY want to be a transparent, truthful company, scanned copies of the checks you are receiving should be emailed out to the recruiters so they can see when the checks were issued and for how much. Seems shady, again, that the amount and date that the checks that are received are written in an email. Pretty much Tammy or yourself can make up whatever you want regarding what and when the checks are received.
I know you have been upset and I did not mean to be insensitive. Sometimes I am a big kid and when I saw the bike I just thought what a fun pic and not much more. I should have told people I was just having fun and wishing some day I might have one.
Take care and when I have it I will pay it to you. Whether he took it or not I still want to make sure everyone is paid as it is my company - really our company.

I talked to Rogers Sergeant detective Helmis today and Justin has been put on a nationwide wanted list as a fugitive. Since, as it turns out, he was in violation of his parole for this same type of thing, he will most likely be facing a very long sentence. I am not a vindictive person (sometimes my bark is louder than my bite) so I would be extremely happy if the D.A. of Benton county is as tough as they say and as effective at getting felons to come up with large sums of money to avoid long sentences. I hope to be able to simply give back whatever he took and move on with a bright future and a clear conscience knowing I have always kept my word. Everyone will be paid back every dime one way or another - nothing is worth my name.
