Probation was transferred to FL where he failed his first piss test and claims he was sternly spoken to. His phone was taken and gone through. Be careful around him. None of the documentation on his arrest, charges or probation can be located in public records online.

Not entirely true. His paperwork can be found online but does appear to be incomplete and/or have some gaps.
Jake is a good guy people go through hard times and make mistakes he is doing much better now a days from what I've heard
