Christine Paulukonis of Girardville, schuylkill county, Pennsylvania is currently working with the drug task force and law enforcement as a confidential informant after she mistakenly sold methamphetamine to an undercover police officer. She continues to work with the police by providing them with information. In return for helping law enforcement, she is essentially has police "protection." She was found guilty of DUI controlled substance in Sept. 2015. Her fine was $2,045. To date, she has only paid $350 and her last payment was in Jan. 2017. Nothing has been done about her nonpayment of fines, fees & court costs; no sanctions or contempt have been filed against her for nonpayment, which would be typically for nonpayment. I wonder why????? Shortly after her DUI sentencing, she sold methamphetamine to an undercover police officer. She never received any charges for this. Hmmm?? October, 2016, she was charged with Disorder Conduct Hazardous/Physi Off, Public Drunkenness And Similar Misconduct, Drg Lic Sus/Rev Purs to Sec 3802/1547B1, Regist Card Not Signed, and Rec'd Sus'd Fict Alt'd Etc Drivers Lic. Want to know the outcome of all of these charges? They all were withdrawn before the summary trial was to begin. Christine isn't a stranger to working with police. In Jan., 2001, she was charged in South Carolina with 0290-Drugs / Trafficking in Methaqualone, 150g or more, but less than 1,500g. She was driving a vehicle with another man when she was pulled over and the police then found the drugs. The man with her was sleeping and she was smoking a joint which is probably why the police ended up searching the vehicle. The man with Christine received an 8 year federal sentence. Prosecutors discontinued the case against Christine by issuing a "nolle prosequi." Hmmm???
