went out of out of their jurisdiction on a personal vendetta of jealousy to detain a child, illegal interogation which is attempted kidnapping and endagering a child because they did not have warrant and they are allowed to get away with this even though it is a violation of our 4th Amendment rights NBPD trains their law enforcement that they are above the law.
