We were looking forward to the takeout after reading such great reviews. But the food was below average (ordered five dishes). I found myself regretting not going to Panda Express instead.

The shrimp chowmein was decent, but I would never want to eat any of the other items. How do you mess up pineapple fried rice (lacked flavor), that will remain a mystery. The bittermelon beef (should be called Boring Beef), house special chicken, and fried garlic squid (over cooked and chewy) were all below average.

On a positive note, the portions are large. We'll have to repurpose all the leftovers somehow. The portion and price should be slashed by half

I'll never go back unfortunately. It was a very busy night, but that should never be an excuse for making below average food. ⭐⭐
