Okay, I am losing my mind over the news today. Florida just released ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY solar-powered robot rabbits into the wild to catch pythons. I am not making this up. 😭💀
First of all, who had "Cyberpunk Cyber-Bunnies vs. Florida Swamp Snakes" on their 2026 apocalypse bingo card?! Because I certainly did not. They basically built Terminator rabbits, covered them in solar panels, and told them, "Go get 'em, boys!"
I just want to know what the engineering meetings looked like for this. Imagine going to college for four years just to spend your adult life making a mechanical bunny look delicious to a 15-foot snake. And what happens when the pythons inevitably start eating the solar panels and mutate into giant, radioactive, sun-powered super-predators? Florida is literally one bad software update away from creating a real-life horror movie.
